ONLINE TRAINING COURSE OVERVIEW
WEEK ONE: YOUR HEART
You can't give your family what you don't have. In the first week of the program, we will dive into what is stopping you from having a deeper relationship with Jesus. This session covers what it looks like for you to personally grow deeper in your faith. Topics in this session include creating a morning routine, bible reading plans, developing a personal mission statement, how to sabbath, and much more.
WEEK TWO: YOUR MARRIAGE
In this week's sessions, we'll cover what it looks like for you to be a husband who loves and pursues his wife the way Christ loves and pursues you. Leading your family well starts with loving your wife well. Topics in this session include improving marriage communication, how to pursue your wife daily, cheap date night ideas, and more.
WEEK THREE: YOUR KIDS
During this week, you will learn what it looks like to disciple your kids in every day life. Topics in this session include, how to casually talk to your kids about Jesus, leading intentional conversations around meals, how to hold family meetings, and more.
WEEK FOUR: YOUR WORK
Most guys have trouble balancing work life and family life. In the fourth week of the program, we will talk about how to see yourself as a missionary where God has placed you, time management, when to pursue your vocational dreams, and more.
LIVE MONTHLY TRAINING CALLS
Join an expert each month for live training calls. During this time, you'll hear from guys who will teach on specific subjects like sabbath, morning routines, creating work-life balance, money management, and more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Dad Tired conference is a time to change your thinking about your role as a husband, father, and disciple. The Family Leadership is all about doing. We cover similar material, but it is action oriented; giving you challenges to put into practice every day. Plus, we know you by name and make sure you are actually doing what you are learning.
We ask that you commit 15-20 minutes a day for the first 4 weeks. This is time you will use to pray, read scripture, and participate in the daily challenges.
You will spend the first 4 weeks going through a daily online course. After the course is completed, you will have on-going access to the peer-to-peer accountability and monthly training calls.
During the first 4 weeks, you will have direct access to Jerrad, who will act as your course guide. This is all done through an app called Voxer, which allows you to send and receive voice messages from Jerrad. You can ask any questions you'd like to ask about the course and receive and answer within 24-36 hours.
Every month, each student will have access to the live monthly trainings. These will be conducted via zoom, where we have an expert in a particular area come in and teach about a subject that relates to your journey has a husband, father or disciple. These will be recorded and posted within the online training course for you to reference later.
We encourage every student in the program to personally connect with another guy in their cohort to commit to checking-in, praying, and going through the material together. Students will also be assigned to a small group with a mentor who will periodically check in on them.
Absolutely! We have many churches go through the material with their men's groups. We offer group rate discounts for churches. Shoot us an email and we can walk you through the details.
No! We have our own community platform so you don't have to be on any other social media app. You don't need a Facebook account to be a full participant of the Dad Tired Family Leadership Program. You can also access the full program and community through our mobile app available on iOS and Android.
